1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GetQR (getqr.techhowl.site), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Permitted Use & Forever Free Static Guarantee

Static QR codes generated through GetQR are free of charge forever. We promise never to hold static QR codes hostage, disable them, or inject third-party advertising into static payloads.

3. Prohibited Activities (Abuse & Quishing)

You may not use GetQR dynamic redirects to:

  • Facilitate phishing, credential theft, or deceptive login pages.
  • Distribute malware, ransomware, trojans, or unauthorized APK downloads.
  • Engage in illegal financial scams, extortion, or deceptive consumer practices.
  • Chain third-party URL shorteners to obscure malicious destination hosts.

Any code found violating these terms will be blocked immediately without prior notice.

4. Limitation of Liability

GetQR is provided "as is" and "as available". While we maintain sub-80ms p95 redirect SLA targets and high availability architectures, we are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from downtime or printing errors. Users are strongly encouraged to test-scan physical proofs prior to volume production.
